About Sienna

Sienna is a 163 cm life-size silicone art figure from our Asian collection, cast in food-grade platinum silicone. The face is hand-painted; brows and lashes are rooted strand by strand in our Dongguan studio. Every piece is photographed and approved by you before the crate is sealed.

How ordering works

1. Order placed → configuration sheet emailed the same day
2. 30% deposit by wire transfer (T/T); balance after you approve photos of your finished figure
3. Proforma invoice within 12 h; goods declared as “silicone art model parts”, plain unmarked plywood crate, adult signature on delivery
4. Made to order: production 30–40 business days; shipped by FedEx / DHL / UPS door to door, typically 5–7 business days after your balance is settled (overall about 35–47 business days to your door; holidays and customs may add time)

After-sale

• 12-month warranty on materials and workmanship (natural ageing, discolouration and wear of silicone are normal and not covered)
• Surface refresh & re-powder at studio cost · replacement heads and wigs orderable at any time (second head $350)
• Every commission is photographed at four QC points against your configuration sheet; the reference photo set is kept on file with your order number
• Care kit included: renewing powder, cleaning wand, care guide
